Our story
Why Velia exists.
Small businesses get the same questions every day: how much it costs, when you're open, which documents to bring. The answers are already in the business's documents, but someone has to look them up and type them out again, every time.
Many existing tools are built for teams with time to configure new software. And many have a bigger problem: when they don't know something, they make it up. For a business, a wrong price or an invented rule is worse than no answer at all.
So we built Velia: an assistant that states your business's prices and rules only from your documents, shows its source, answers general questions where it's safe and, when it doesn't know, sends the customer to you. We do the setup for free, so you can run your business instead of learning software.

Data taken seriously
Documents and conversations live on AWS servers in Frankfurt and are never used to train AI models. When you leave, we delete them.
Honest about AI
The assistant isn't magic. It says what it knows, admits what it doesn't, and hands the conversation to a person. No made-up answers.
